From June 25 to July 1, 2010, CIM staff hosted a Global Youth Connect (GYC) delegation. The delegation is taking three weeks to learn about human rights and ongoing peacebuilding processes in post-war Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During their week in Sanski Most individuals from the group participated with local youth in a three day workshop. In the workshop they learned about the dynamics of conflict and reconciliation while developing practical skills in nonviolent communication and conflict transformation.
After completing the workshop, international and local participants completed practical internships with CIM, a women's NGO called Krajiška Suza (Krajna Tear), and a local orphanage to learn about the work of grass-roots organizations in and around Sanski Most.
